مشكلة تفعيل حسابي في انستا المستوي الثاني

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعالى وبركاته
قمت بتفعيل المستوي الاول عن طريق البطاقة الشخصية وتم التفعيل .
بالنسبة للمستوي الثاني قمت بارسال فاتورة غاز مختومة فتم رفضها بالشكل الاتي :

اخي الغالي انا قرات من قبل انه من الممكن اتفعل المستوى الثاني في شركة انيستا فوةركس من خحلال
فاتورة باسن والدك وليست شرط ان تكون باسمك وبيتم ذلك المهم انه يكون مكتوب فيها نفس العنوان اللي مكتوب في البطاقة
