القرض الغير حسن كما جاء في الشرع هو انك تثتؤض مبلغ معين ولك كامل الحرية ان تتصرف فيه مش شراء اي شئ وترده في معاد متفق زائدا عليه الفوائد وهذه الفوائد حرام شرعا
اما الهامش فهو مبلغ يمنحك الوسيط اياه لمضاعفة راس مالك ليس اكثر ولا يجوز ان تتصرف فيه فقط للمتاجرة
اما ما يحصل عليه الوسيط فهو فارق الاسبريد بين العملات حتي اذا لم تتاجر بالهامش فسياخد منك الوسط فارق الاسبريد اذن ليس له علاقة بالقرض الذي اقرضك ايه
