اخوانى الكرام انا لما فعلت حسابى القديم كنت برفع صورة البطاقة باللغة العربية عادى للتفعيل المستوى الاول
دلوقتى كنت عاوز افتح حساب جديد للايداع النقدى لاقيت ان البطاقة اترفضت لانها بغير اللغة الانجليزية

اعتقد ان انستا لديها دعم باللغة العربية وهو فعال وسبق له كما قلت ان فعل حسابات الاعضاء
والكثير منهم كان بطاقته باللغة العربية

يعنى عادى انى ارفع صورة البطاقة بالعربى انا لحد دلوقتى مش راضى اعمل حساب على شركة انستا فوركس واربطه بالمنتدى
عشان خايف من حتة التفعيل ديه مش عارف لازم اترجم البطاقة او فاتورة الكهرباء او المياه ولا اعمل ايه يا ريت الافادة يا اخى

والنسبة للدعم العربى بتاع انستا اوصلهم ازاى انا دايما بيكلمونى انجليزى ولما بسألهم اتكلم عربى ولا انجليزى الراجل بتاع الدعم بيقولى انجليزى من فضلك وسألتله افعل ازاى بعتلى الصفحة اللى هيا فيها البطاقة او جواز السفر كله مكتوب بالانجليزى

رفعت لهم صورة ضوئية عن الهوية و هي طبعا باللغة العربية
اترفضت و قالوا لازم تترجمها بعدبن ترفعها
هي مشكلة فعلا
