وافقت الجمعية العامة غير العادية لشركة "جى بى اوتو" يوم 31 يوليو 2014، علي تعديل المادتين 6 و11 من نظامى الإثابة والتحفيز بشان منح اسهم بطرق سداد ميسرة ومنح اسهم مجانية.
يذكر أن الشركة حققت خلال الربع الأول المنتهي في 31 مارس 2014، صافى ربح يبلغ 71.5 مليون جنيه مقارنة بــ 67.6 مليون جنيه فى الربع الأول من 2013.
