و تقول الشركة أنه عادة ما يغلق بسبب مخالفة القوانين أو الاحتيال

الاخ الكريم, اغلاق الحساب او حظره بشكل مؤقت او دائم يكون بسبب مخالفه انت قمت بها بعلم او بدون علم, بمعنى انك مثلا قمت باغلاق صفقات قبل مرور خمس دقائق وهذا مخالف لقوانين شركة انستافوركس ثانيا من الممكن انك ربحت في صفقه واحده وقت الاخبار ب\اكثر من 10 % من راسمالك

ان كنت تتاجر بحساب بونص فعليك ان تحذر من القيام بالاتي وهو غلق الصفقة قبل مرور 5 دقائق ايضا الربح اكثر من 10 بالمائة من اجمالي حسابك على الصفقات المفتوحة على الاخبار

اخي الكريم انا كذلك تم غلق حسابي في بادئ الامر حيث قمت بالسحب وبعدها قمت بفتح صفقه اخرى قبل ان يصلني المبلغ فتم اغلاق حسابي حاول ان تعرف السبب لذلك

اعتقد ن ثمة خطأ قد حدث في عمليات تداول البونص، وعلى الأغلب انهاء صفقات مفتوحة قبل مضي خمس دقائق على فتحها، ذلك أن من شروط استخدام البونص عدم إغلاق أية صفقة قبل مضي خمس دقائق، ومن شروط تسلم البونص أيضا قبول إمكانية قفل الحساب دون الضرورة لتوضيح الأسباب عندما تحدث هناك مخالفة لأنظمة المعمول بها.
