عقود مقابل الفروقات cfd
العقود مقابل الفروقات (أو "سي إف دي")هي عقود تتم بين طرفين. وتقوم "ون فايننشيال" بدور لاعب السوق في هذه الحالة حيث تلعب دور المشتري في حال وجود طرف يعتزم البيع، وبالعكس تكون البائع لمن يرغب في الشراء.
ويقوم البائع في صيغة "العقود مقابل الفروقات" بالسداد للمشتري الفرق بين القيمة الحالية للسلعة وقيمتها وقت تنفيذ العقد (سعر الإغلاق). وفي حال ما إذا كان الفرق سالبا فإن المشتري سيسدد الفرق للبائع.
وفي الواقع، فإن العقود مقابل الفروقات هي عبارة عن مشتقات مالية تتيح للمستثمرين الاستفادة من تحرك أسعار الأدوات المالية صعودا أو هبوطا. غالبا ما تستخدم للمضاربة في أسواق المال.
