قمت اليوم بالدخول الى الصفحة الشخصية لاطمئن على الحصول على البونص بتاريخ 1/9/2014
فلم اجد البونص وهذة هى الصورة للحساب

فى اول يوم او ثانى يوم على الاكثر فى الشهر و لكن حضرتك بتقول ان دى بونص شهر 8 فبالتالى تكون نزلت فى شهر 9
فاسأل الدعم الفنى للشركة و انتظر لانى حدث معايا فى مرة نفس الامر فى شهر من الشهور و البونص للشهرين نزلوا مع بعض

بالفعل بيتم تصفير الحساب اول كل شهر بدون اى تدخل وذلك لمراجعته وفى خلال يوم او اكثر تجد ان الرصيد
بيعود الى الحساب ويتم تحويله عادى جدا ولا تشغل بالك
