فالمشكلة ليست في المبلغ الذي يودع او قرض ام الى اخره كما ذكرت

انا قرات وبحثت كثيرا عن حرمة وحلال الفوركس وكل ما فهمته والله اعلم ان المتاجرة بالذهب والفضة والبترول حرام وكذلك فوائد التبييت لكن بالنسبة لمسالة الرافعة فلم اجد اي تحريم لها مادامت الشركة تقرضك مبلغ معين دون اخذ فائدة على هذا المبلغ فلا مشكلة في هذا والله اعلم

ا كلنا متفقين عليه وعلماء الدين اجمعوا على انه حلال وليس حرام
لكن الامور التانيه اللي فيها اجتهاد زي مثلا المتاجره على المعادن والسلع اللي ممكن يكون فيها شبهه
بالمتاجره بها مع الرافعه الماليه فده في النهايه طالما متحددش فيه اتفاق يبقى ده وقع تحت بند الاجتهاد
