استراتيجية المبدئيه له هي البيع عندما يلامس السعر باند العلوي وشراء عندما يضرب أقل وهذه اسمها Bollinger bounce
و يوجد استراتيجيه تانيه اسمها bollinger squeeze
و هذه تحدث بعد المرور بفتره يكون السوق فيها هادئ ثم يضرب احد البندات بقوه و يبدء البولنجير في الاتساع و يكون مؤشر لبداية تريند او breakout
