أظن أن الصين تشتري سندات البنك الفدرالي و تحافظ على إستمرار عمليات الإنعاش التي تقوم أمريكا للخروج من الأزمة . و الصين قادرة على إسقاط الإقتصاد الأمريكي بضربة واحدة لو باعت كميات كبيرة من السندات .

المقصود بحرب العملات هو تدخل الدولة في قيمة عملتها لأسباب اقتصادية بتخفيضها كوسيلة لجعل سلعها رخيصة في السوق الدولية مما يزيد من صادراتها فكلما كانت عملة الدولة رخيصة زاد الطلب على سلعها و من ثم تزيد تكون لها قدرة تنافسية تصديرية كبيرة دوليا
و هذا ما فعلته الصين مثلا فقد خفضت من قيمة عملتها ( اليوان ) فحققت طفرة في الصادرات مما اثر كثيرا على صادرات السوق الاوروبية و الاميركية مما يجعل الولايات المتحدة الاميركية تلجأ للضغط على الصين سياسيا بغطاء اقتصادي و تشن عليها حملات اعلامية
