أعلنت شركة المنصورة للدواجن عن دعوة الجمعية العامة غير العادية للانعقاد السبت الموافق 10 يناير المقبل، وذلك للموافقة على تجزئة القيمة الإسمية للسهم.
وقررت الشركة تجزئة القيمة الإسمية من 10 جنيهات إلى 4 جنيه للسهم وذلك لتنشيط تداول السهم.
يبلغ رأس مال الشركة الحالي 49.458 مليون جنيه موزعاً على عدد 4.945 مليون سهم بقيمة اسمية للسهم 10 جنيهات.
وحققت الشركة صافي ربح 20.9 مليون جنيه بزيادة 450 % خلال الـ 9 أشهر الاولى من عام 2014
