ناقش مجلس إدارة أكرو مصر للشدات والسقالات المعدنية في إجتماعها المنعقد يوم أمس الأثنين موافقة الهيئة العامة للإستثمار و المناطق الحرة على التحول من الاستثمار الداخلي إلى العمل بنظام المناطق الحرة الخاصة وقرر العرض على الجمعية العامة العادية و الغير عادية ببنظر في الموافقة.
وقام المجلس باعتماد تقرير الإفصاح لتقديمه إلى إدارة البورصة للتحول مسمى رأس المال من الجنيه المصري إلى الدولار الأمريكي بالإضافة إلى تعديل غرض الشركة.
كما تم تفويض رئيس مجلس الإدارة للسير في إجراءات التعديلات.
