و بمعنى اوضح هل يتطلب هذا موافقات من جهة رقابية مثلا
ام بتتكون صفة البنك بثقة الناس بمعنى مثلا انا وسيط
مالى و لكن اكتسبت ثقة الناس من صدقى فى التعامل
