أعلنت شركة المملكة القابضة عن عقد اجتماع الجمعية العامة العادية في 30 مارس لمناقشة المصادقة على ما تم توزيعه من أرباح خلال العام 2014م والبالغة 655 مليون.
وبحسب بيان للشركة عبر موقع "تداول" أنه سيناقش المجلس الموافقة على تفويض مجلس الإدارة بتوزيع أرباح ربع سنوية على المساهمين.
ولفت البيان بأن المجلس سينتخب أعضاء مجلس الإدارة للدورة القادمة من 5 يونيو 2015م ولمدة ثلاث سنوات .
