بطاقة انستا قمت بطلبها و وصلتني بعد 40 يوم تماما من طلبها بالبريد العادي ..
اما التفعيل فالهوية الشخصية هي المطلوبة بالتفعيل الاول و لكن انظر سبب الرفض و ستعرف ماذا يمكنك عمله .. ربما تكون الوثيقة غير واضحة او ربما تكون بالعربي فهم يريدونها باللغة الانجليزية
