اعتقد ان المشكلة في النت اذا كان ضعيف جدا و في المشكلة في البرنامج اذا كان النت عندك كويس
و البرنامج لا يتطلب الا نت بسيط و بالنسبه للحساب غير صالح فشوف السيرفر اللي انت مسجل منه الحساب
و لازم يكون نفسه و الله يوفق الجميع

حصلت المشكلة معايا قبل كده وعملت عدة محاولات واكثر من مرة وفي النهاية فتح البرنامج اولا اقفل البرنامج وافتحه تاني ولو منفعش ااقفل الجهاز كله وافتحه تاني وكمان حاول تاخد
كوبي وباست من اليوزر والباسوورد
الموجودين عندك ع الميل
واتاكد من السيرفر
اهم شيء شوف الرسالة اللي جتلك ع الميل فيها كل البيانات والسيرفر
