اخي الكريم, افضل بنك على الاطلاق هو بنك نيتللر, حيث يمكنك التسجيل بسهوله ثم التفعيل فقط بالهويه الشخصيه + ايصال خدمات (كهرباء و مياه و غاز و انترنت ) ويمكنك الايداع بعد ذلك بأي وسيله سواء فيزا او ماستر كارد او تحويل بنكي او يو كاش, وتطلب ماستر كارد نيتللر برسوم فقط 13 دولار لا غير ويصلك في خلال اسبوعين وتستطيع السحب بها من اي ماكينة صراف الي في العالم بعموله 6 دولار عالسحبه الواحده

حاليا احسن البنوك اللى ممكنتتعامل بها بتونس هو النتلر و سكريل لانك منهم تقدر تعمل تحويل بنكي او ممكن ايضا تسحبب على بطاقة نتلر و للاسف سكريل لا يدعم الماستر كارد الخاصة به لدولة تونس
