بالتاكيد لا يوجد اى تاثير لخبر على عملة ما بالايجاب او السلب على عملة اخرى
ولكن تجد انه اذا كان هناك خبر يؤدى الى ارتفاع مثلا الدولار تجد بالتالى ان العملة الموجودة امامه انخفضت ولكنها لا تنخفض على ما هى عليه
ولكن ما ادى لانخفاض العملة الاخرى هو الارتفاع فى الدولار نتيجة الخبر
