و لكن تختلف من شخص للاخر حسب نسبة الخطورة على الحساب
لو عندك حساب كبير اعتقد انه يكون الضغط اقل و تكون مرتاح شوي عكس الحساب الصغير يبقى صاحبه عليه ضغط رهيب
و حتى التقة في استراتحية و طريقة التداول تساعد لو انت لك ثقة في ماتفعله تدخل و انت مطمئن نوعا ما

بالنسبة لى انا اعتمد على عدة اشياء للسيطرة على مشاعرى اهمها انى اولا اكون واثق بنسبة كبيرة من تحليلى من البداية قبل دخول صفقاتى
ثانية انا اختار هدف صغير لكل صفقة لان كلما كان الهدف صغير كلما كان اغلاق الصفقات اسرع وكلما قل التوتر اثناء التداول .

انا لا استطيع التحكم بمشاعري وكثيرا منا لايستطيع ذلك فالشخص عندما يخسر يشعر بالاحباط الذي ربما يؤدي الي نزيف الحساب كله او عندما يكسب فيفرح فيدخل صفقات غير محسوبه يؤدي ايضا الي خساره ما ربحه اعتقد بالخبره والوقت سنتغلب علي ذلك
