Thread: اغلاق فجئي للحساب

    instant اغلاق فجئي للحساب

    السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته ارجو المساعد من الخبراء امر عاجل و مهم
    لقد تقدمت بطلب لسحب الارباح عن طريق بطاقة بيونر يوم السبت 20 من شهر جوان على امل ان ينفذ الطلب يوم الاثنين
    لقد قمت بالتاكد من عدم تركي لصفقات مفتوحة قبل السحب و لكني فوجات بعدم امكانيتي للدخول الغرفة العميل يوم الاثنين و ذلك بعد عدة محاولات
    حاولت الدخول الى الحساب عن طريق برنامج المتاتريدر لكنه اعلمني ان الحساب معطل راسلت الدعم الفوري لشركة انسا و شرحت له الوضعية
    لكنهم ارسلو لي بريد الكتروني و طلبو مني ان اشرح لهم الوضعية في ارسالية عن طريق هذا البريد و بالفعل قمت بذلك لكني لم اتلق اجابة الي الان

    للاسف اخى من هدا الامر يوضح انه تم قفل حساب الامر ما لدى تاكد من انك لم تخالف قوانين الشركة
    وادا كان المال الدى تم اداعه مالك يمكنك استرجاعه اما ادا كان بونص فلا
