مشكلتي مع البونص
السلام عليكم مشرفي منتدى فوركس العرب
مشكلتي انه لم يتم ايداع البونص الخاص بي لهذا الشهر وهو الشهر الأول الذي استلم فيه البونص من شركة انستافوركس
وقد تأكدت من تفعيل حسابي في شركة انستافوركس وربطه مع المنتدى
هذه في ما يخص ربط الحساب

السلام عليكم حضرتك انا بعد تفعيل الحساب على المنتدى ذهبت على تفعيل البونص يظهر لي خانة attach accountولما بادوس عليها يظهر بيانات حسابي وادوس attachيقول لي failed try againممكن اعرف الحل ايه علشان ابدأ في احتساب البونص

والان حابب ارجع اشارك فيه من تاني
ولكن تواجهني مشكلة اني نسيت باسورد حساب التداول المربوط بعضويتي هنا

ولكن المشكلة اني حاولت اغيره ودخلت عالمكان المخصص لذلك في صفحة بروفيلي ولقيت مكتوب فيها

الحساب بقاله من 2012 وانا نسيت كل بياناته
وكلمت دعم انستا علي الموقع قالي الافضل تعمل حساب جديد لكن في صفحتي مكتوب مستحيل تربط او تغير الحساب الموجود
