Thread: كيف يمكن ان تقاضى شركة مسجلة رقابيا

    hurry كيف يمكن ان تقاضى شركة مسجلة رقابيا

    السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
    السادة اعضاء المنتدى الكرام
    اعزكم الله ودام لكم الصحة والعافية
    كل رمضان وانتم طيبين ومحققين اعلى بونص ان شاء الله

    الموضوع باختصار

    لو انت كنت بتتعامل مع شركة من شركات الفوركس المعتمدة والمسجلة رقابيا ودوليا ومهنيا ومش عارف ايه
    وحدث ان الشركة دى عملت معاك خطا ما كان تقوم بعمل هيدج على حسابك بحجة المحافظة عليه او اى مخالفة ما هل من الممكن ان يدلنى احد على كيفية مقاضاة هذه الشركة او مثلا كيف استفيد من ان تلك الشركة مسجلة دوليا فى هيئة كذا وكذا .....؟

    ارجو من الخبراء سرعة الافادة
    وهل يحق لشركة ما (وهى شركة كبيرة ومعروفىة من التسعينيات) ان تقوم بعمل هيدج على حسابك بحجة انك تحقق خسائر وان تلك هى الطريقة المثلى للمحافظة على حسابك ؟

    و فيه شركات و فيه شركات ايضا لا تقبل

    و فيه يقبل بس بشروط قويه

    و اذا الشركه اخطأت القوانين فوالله مش عارف

    هوه غالبا بتكون فيه مكاتب للشركه في البلد

    الخاصة بها و ان شاء الله نسمع الأعضا و نعرف

    اعتقد انه سيكون مفيدا جدا في المستقبل
    و لكن اعتقد ان الشركات المسجلة نادرا ما ترتكب اخطاء لانها اذا تم كشفها سيتم تغريمها غرامات مالية كبيرة جدا
    تقدر بملايين الدولارات

    اعتقد ان مثل الشركات المسجلة تتجنب التلاعب
    لانها لو ثبت ده وهي مسجلة بتتغرم مبالغ كبيرة جدا لان الهيئة الرقابية نفسها مكسبها من التغريمات اللي بتحدث للشركات ديه
    يعني مفيش هزار

    انا ما بسالش سؤال وخلاص انا بسال سؤال بناءا على تجربة شخصية هاحكيها فى الموضوع بالتفصيل لو لقيت حد يقدر يقولى اقاضى شركة مسجلة ازاى
    ولعلمك الشخصى الشركة اللى بتكلم عنها كانت ليها فضيحة من قريب مع عملاء مضاربين امريكيين!!!!!!! فيه لعب بيحصل فعلا

    لا يوجد نظام فى العالم لا يخطىء مهما كانت كفاءة ذلك النظام
    ثانيا لما تيجى تنفذ عقد بيع وتلاقى الالبروفيت بتاعك بالسالب مع ان الترند فى صالحك يعنى المفروض تتكون ارباح بالموجب مش بالسالب لان السعر بالفعل بيهبط
    دى حاجة واحدة من اللى فعلا حصلت معايا وانا بتعامل معاها من شهرين فقط

    مش عارف والله يا كبير انا مش عارف افيدك ازاى بس اكيد لو فية خطاء حصل من شركة مثلا اكيد هيبان وتقاضيهم
    فى المحاكم عادى بس اكيد هتاخد وقت طويل اوى منتا عارف النظام

    انا اعتقد ان هذه الشركات لا يتم محاسبتها بلبلدان العربية
    لأنو بأختصار ما في دولة عربية عندها ترخيص نظامي للفوركس الا الكويت
    على حسب خبرتي ومعلوماتي

    اعتقد صعب جدا شركات معروفه علميا ان تقوم بي خطاء لانه لو تم اكتشاف هذا الاخطاء
