اعتقد انك اخترت حساب بالنظام غير الاسلامى لان الصفقات لدى ليس بها كوميشن وان كان غير ذلك اتمنى ان اعرف ايضا السبب

أخي العزيز أضن أنك عندما فتحت الحساب لم تختر حساب إستاندر بل إخترت حساب إيروكا وميزة هذا الحساب أنه بدون سبريد أي سعر العرض يساوي سعر الطلب لاكن لفتح الصفقة, المتداول يدفع رسم ثابت, والذى يساوى 0.03 - 0.07% من حجم الصفقة
لهذا يتم خصم الكوميشن منك
على العموم أرجوا منك التأكد من نوعية حسابك وإن كان الحساب مننوع ستاندر عندها أرسل لي رقم حسابك على الخاص مع رقم أوردر هذه الصفقات لأكلم الشركة بخصوص هذه المشكلة

يبدو انك اخي الكريم عندما فتحت حساب مع الشركة لم تختر حسا ستاندرد واخترت يوريكا وفي حساب اليوريكا لا يتك خصم السبريد من كل صفقة بل يتم خصم عمولة على كل صفقة ويكون السبريد صفر أي سعر الشراء مثل سعر البيع ولكني اعتقد ان هذا النوع من الحسابات غير شرعي وعليك ان تدخل الى حسابك في الشركة ومن ثم الى بيانات الحساب وتغير نوع الحساب الى ستاندرد والافضل ان لا يكون لديك أي صفقة مفتوحة بل اغلق كل الصفقات وغير نوع الحساب

اعتقد ان حساب حضرتك ليس استاندرد لان هذه حساب ايوريكا اى بدون اسبريد ولكن بعموله ولابد ان تعرف اكثر
واعتقد انه ليس هناك حل لنوع الحساب الا بفتح حساب جديد
