مستوى معدلات التضخم الاقتصادي Inflation rate
التضخم النقدي يعني : انخفاض القوة الشرائية للعملة مقابل أسعار السلع والخدمات على فترات طويلة وحدوث ركود وتدهور الاقتصاد ، وهذا يعني إنه إذا حدثت قفزة في ارتفاع الأسعار فلا يسمى هذا تضخماً ، وليس بالضرورة أن يكون الارتفاع في جميع الأسعار لأنه وحتى في أوقات التضخم الشديدة بعض الأسعار قد تكون ثابتة نسبيا أو البعض الآخر من الأسعار قد ينخفض.
* ومن الأسباب الهامة التي تؤدي إلى حدوث التضخم حجم مخزون المال في السوق الداخلية Growth of money stock at the internal market
ففي الفوركس ارتفاع التضخم بشكل مستمر ، يعني تأثير سلبي على وضع اقتصاد الدولة وبالتالي انخفاض القيمة النقدية للعملة تبعها ، وبالتالي يلجأ المستثمرون إلى بيع هذه العملة التي أصابها التضخم والاتجاه لشراء عملة بلد أخرى ذات اقتصاد أفضل .
ومع الارتفاع المستمر للأسعار يدرك الناس أن الشراء اليوم عند مستويات الأسعار السائدة أفضل من الشراء في الغد لأن الأسعار سترتفع أكثر وأكثر فيسارعون إلى اللجوء لعملة أجنبية أكثر ثباتًا في قيمتها ، وهو أمر ينعكس على تدهور سعر الصرف للعملة التي أصابها التضخم .
وتقرير التضخم قد يصدر شهريا أو سنويا.
