لا يحدث هذا ربما لديك مشكل في شبكة الربط الخاصة بك او ان هناك خلل في عملية تحميل المنصة ، راجع العملية كيف تم تحميلها و ان الانترنت شغال بصبيب جيد . موفق اخي

تنصحك بالتأكد من جودة وتدفق الانترنات
ربما يكون السبب كذلك جهاز الكبيوتر احيانا الفيروسات تكون السبب

احيانا يحدث لي نفس الأمر المنصة تفقد الإتصال وتعاود الدخول بالرغم ان الأنترنت موجودة
حسب اعتقادي السيرفر مزدحم في بعض الأوقات ولكن الأمر لا يشكل خطر على التداول

المهم انه أثناء التداول لا يحدث تقطع

المشكلة من سرعة الانترنت لديك
وان لم يكن كذلك سيكون السيرفر هو السبب

اولا من الممكن ان يكون حدث خطأ عندك في الاتصال بالانترنت و هذا هو سبب الانقطاع و لكني عضو جديد و لم اتصل بعد بشركة انستا لتتضح الصزرو امامي

ارى عند فتح برنامج التداول الخاص بشركة انيستافوركس بعد مرور اقل من 5 دقائق يحدث no connection للبرنامج و يعيد تشغيل نفسة مرة اخرى بعد مرور فترة من الوقت 5 دقائق مثلا هل احد يلاحظ ذلك ؟؟؟؟
