هل من الممكن تعديل بياناتي الضخصية في instaforex بعد التسجيل

البارحة قمت بالتسجيل في instaforex بإسم مستعار غير إسمي الحقيقي أكملت التسجيل قمت بربط الموقع بالمتندى.
شاهدت كلمة active قمت بالضغط عليها فوجئت أنه يجب علي أن ارسل صورة للبطاقة الوطنية أول الباسبور.
حاولت أن أبحت في الموقع عن طريقة لتعديل إسمي بالإسم الحقيقي هل يمكنني الإستمرار بدون تفعيل حسابي أم أنني مجبر بالتفعيل من أجل المتاجرة
هل من طريقة لتعديل إسمي الشخي والعائلي وكدا العنوان؟

حضرتك مش هتقدر تسحب الارباح الا بعد ما تفعل الحساب وتقدر تكلم الدعم فى الشركه وتعدل بياناتك وتكتب الاسم الحقيقى بس هيطلبوا منك رقم الحساب وباسورد الهاتف

لانـك بكدة بتقلل من كفائة حسابك بالنسـبه للشركة
لكن اظن انه يمكن ارسال صورة من بطاقتك الشخصيه وتراسل الدعم الفني ، لعلهم يتفهمون الامر
