صرجت وزارة الخزانة الامريكية يوم الجمعة إن الولايات المتحدة سجلت عجزا في الميزانية بلغ 64 مليار دولار في أغسطس آب بانخفاض حوالي 50 بالمئة عن الشهر نفسه من العام الماضي.
وقال مسؤول بالخزانة إن انخفاض العجز في أغسطس آب هذا العام يرجع في معظمه إلى مدفوعات بقيمة 42 مليار دولار جرى تحويلها من يوليو تموز إلى الشهر الماضي.
وبلغ عجز الميزانية منذ بداية السنة المالية الحالية حتى نهاية الشهر الماضي 530 مليار دولار.
وبلغ إجمالي الإيرادات في أغسطس آب 211 مليار دولار في حين بلغت المصروفات 275 مليار دولار.
