أكد محمد سعفان، رئيس النقابة العامة للعاملين بالبترول أن مصدرًا حكوميًا- رفض الإفصاح عنه- أفصح له أن هناك 3 أسماء مرشحة وبقوة لتولى حقيبة وزارة القوى العاملة، هم محمد سعفان وعلاء عوض وإيمان النحاس".
وقال سعفان: "حتى الآن لم أتلق اتصالا رسميا من شريف إسماعيل المكلف بتشكيل حكومة خلفًا للمهندس إبراهيم محلب، لتولى الحقيبة الوزارية، رغم إبلاغى رسميا بالمرشحين لتولى حقيبة وزراة القوى العاملة الأحد الماضى".
