مشكل في تخطي المستوى الثاني من التفعيل

تجاوزت المستوى الاول من التفعيل برفع صورة ذات دقة عالية من جواز سفري
رفعت في المستوى الثاني الوثائق التالية :
شهادة اقامة
شهادة البريد
فاتورة لخط هاتف نقال فيه كل معلوماتي
لكن دون جدوى وفجاة الاحظ انه تم الغاء مستوى التفعيل الاول الرجاء افادتي بما يجب عليا رفعه لقبول التفعيل

بص يا كبير بكل بساطة ارفع المستندات اللي عديت بيها المستوى الاول و تعديه تاني ان شاء الله تاكد بس من الشروط دي http://forex-masr.com/showthread.php...%8A-instaforex
المستوى التاني بقى : لازم يكون الستند باللغة الانجليزية هتقولي ازاي ممكن تكون فاتورة نت او دفع فوري او تعمل تعديل لاي مستند عندك فيه محل الاقامة
بطريقة سهلة هتاخد نسخة على الكمبيوتر و تعدلها ترجم البيانات المطلوبه للانجليزية اكتب معنى الكلمة بالانجليزي جنب العربي
مثلا العنوان اكتب جنبها Address وهكذا
لازم يكون فيها اسمك كامل زي اللي في جواز السفر و محل الاقامة كذالك و تكون بتاريخ قريب اقصى حاجة شهرين

ولو عندك اي استفسار انا تحت امرك و اصبر بس على الرد من الشركة على التفعيل معاك لحد 72 ساعة

اخي من المهم ان تلاحظ اذا كانت الوثائق مكتوبه بالعربيه
فيجب عليك ترجمة هذه الوثائق الى الانكليزيه وانا قمت برفع صوره لفاتورة الهاتف وتم قبولها بدون مشاكل
