11 – الأصول الثابتة:
تشمل الأصول الثابتة التى تمتلكها الشركة بقصد استخدامها فى الانتاج ، وقد تأخذ هذه الأصول شكلاً منقولا أو غير منقول أو مشتراة من الغير .
وتظهر الأصول الثابتة بالتكلفة متضمنة جميع المصروفات الخاصة بالاقتناء والتركيب ، وتتضمن هذه التكلفة ما يلى :
1 – تكلفة الشراء وتتضمن قيمة الفاتورة المسددة مضافاً إليها جميع المصاريف اللازمة حتى وصول الأصل للشركة .
2 – مصرفات التركيب وتشمل أجور المهندسين والعمال سواء من العاملين بالشركة أو الغير من خارجها وأى مصروفات أخرى لازمة للتركيب .
3 – قيمة الانشاءات والقواعد التى يثبت عليها الأصل واللازمة لتركيبه، وقد تتضمن فوائد التمويل حتى بداية استخدام الأصل، ويستبعد من قيمة الأصول تكلفة الأصول المستبعدة بالبيع والتخريد .
