كشف المهندس طارق قابيل، وزير التجارة والصناعة، عن خطة الحكومة لإنشاء مدينة معارض متكاملة بتكلفة 600 مليون دولار خلال الفترة المقبلة.
وقال "قابيل" خلال لقائه ببرنامج "لازم نفهم": إن منظومة المعارض الداخلية تأثرت بمشروع تطوير أرض المعارض.
فى سياق متصل، أكد الوزير، أن الصناعة تدرس جدياً طرح حوافز لأصحاب المنشآت غير الرسمية للانضمام للقطاع الرسمى خلال الفترة المقبلة دون الإفصاح عن طبيعة الحوافز.
وأشار إلى أنه سيتم تفعيل قانون المنتج المحلي قريبًا للمساهمة في دعم الصناعات المصرية.
