ترجع اسباب ترنح اليوريو الى الازمة التى تعصف باوروبا حالياً و ذلك يتلخص فن القطاع العام الذى تقرر تخفيض رواتبهم الى 3% او 7 % ان اسبانيا قررت البدا فى تنفيذ اجراءات تقشفية ادى ذلك الى نشوب مظاهرات حاشدة و غاضبة انضم لها العديد من الفئات التى لم تشارك فى الاعتراضات من قبل مثل عمال الاطفاء و موظفي
