تختلف مدة الصفقة المفتوحة حسب الإيطار الزمني الذي يستخدمه المتداول أو حسب تحليله و نظرته الى أين سيتجه السعر في المستقبل فنجد بأن هنالك صفقات تستمر لشهور و هناك لأيام أو يوم و هناك صفقات سريعة لا تتجاوز ساعة أو أقل و بالنسبة لي أطول صفقة لي كانت تقريبا حوالي أسبوع و نصف و على زوج النيوزلندي دولار و خرجت منها على خسارة
