السلام عليكم و رحمة الله
بعد ان فتحت حساب في منتدى فوركس مصر و ربطته بشركة انستا فوركس و بعد العمل بالمنتدى لحوالي 4 شهور استفدت من البونص و حققت ارباح في التداول
و اليوم عند طلب سحب 1000 دولار من الارباح تم ارشفة حسابي بالشركة
فاما ان هناك خطئ تقني و انا انتظر الرد من فريق الدعم و اما انكم تضيعون و قتكم و الجهد وشكرا

الشركه ليست نصابه أنا سحبت لاكثر من مره ولم يتم غلق الحساب أعتقد انك قد خالفت شروط التداول بالبونص او قد يكون المبلغ كبير جدا ولاتستطيع الشركه دفعه لكن من الأحرى لك سحب الأموال بشكل قليل كأن يكون 100دولار او أقل ولا تحاول تجميع مثل هذه المبالغ الكبيرة وسحبها بدفعه واحده
