هناك عدة احتمالات تؤدي الى ما تم ذكره في موضوعك وهي
ان تكون معلومات الحساب الذي تحاول الاتصال به غير صحيحة
ان يكون هناك مشكلة في الاتصال بالانترنت
ان تكون فتحت المنصة في عطلة نهاية الاسبوع وهي السبت و الأحد
حاول التخلص من هذه الاسباب و اعد المحاولة من جديد
