مشكلة مع الحساب الحقيقي
السلام عليكم
لقد جربت التداول في العديد من الحسابات التجريبية ولكن عند الانتقال للحساب الحقيقي لا أستطيع الضغط على "new order" لفتح صفقة جديدة مع العلم أن حسابي به أموال
الرجاء المساعدة لأنني لم أستطع تحديد مصدر المشلكة مع العلم أني أستعمل رافعة مالية 1:1000 و الصورة المرفقة تبين منصة التداول عندي

اعتقد اخي انك في الاصل لم تدخل الى حسابك وانك قد تكون قد وقعت في خطا في اختيار السيرفر
و عليك التاكد من هذا المر وة ان تواصل المشكل فانصحك باعادة تحميل المنصة

الصوره غير واضحه بالنسبة لي لكن لما لا تحاول تحميل المنصه العربيه

اغلبنا فى البدايه قد وقع فى هذا الخطأ
انت تتسلم اخى العزيز عدد 2 باسورد
احدهما اسمه باس المتاجر او التاجر
والاخر اسمه باس المستثمر
كل ما عليك ان تدخل باس التاجر
وهكذا يفعل لديك مربع امر جديد او مربع المتاجره..
لو كان الرزق بيد العباد
لما بقى على الارض سوى الجبابرة والعصاة ولن يرضوا

لما تفتح امر جديد سجل باس ورد المتاجر اللى جالك على تليفونك وميلك وسجل السيرفر صح ورقم الحساب
لانك ممكن تكون بتحط البيانات الغلط وربنا يوفقك
