اعتقد ان هذا الامر يتوقف على مدى توافر الفرص التى توفرها استراتيجية المتاجرة , هذا بالاضافة الى ان المتاجرة طوال اليوم قد ينتج عنها شىء من عدم التركيز مما يؤدى الى زيادة احتمالات الخسارة بشكل كبير , لذلك فالافضل بالنسبة لللمتاجر اليومى ان يضارب مرة واحدة فقط يوميا وذلك حسب ظروف السوق

المتاجرة تختلف من شخص للاخر و حسب استراتيجياتهم و طريقة تداول يمكن تداول طول النهار في حالة اعتمدا على استراتيجيات المدة القريب
و يختلف ذلك يمكن تداول مرة 1 في اليوم او في الاسبوع و انا افضل التداول 1 مرة في اليوم فقط لانه كثر الصفقات في اليوم تكون صعبة جدا

لا احب التداول في كل الاوقات لانها لها كتير من السلبيات على صحة الانسان لانه
يضل مركزا كل اوقات المتاجرة و الشد العصبي و الغضب في بعط الاحيان مما يسهل خسارته و ضياغه في السووق و السبب في دلك هو الطمع
امما ان كانت المتاجرة في بعض الاحيان يتجنب المتاجر الكتير من الشد العصبي على الاقل و يركز اكتر على صفقات محدوودة
