انا لست مدخنة ولكنى اعلم جيدا ان التدخين ضار بالصحة ولاانصح اى احد بالاقلاع عن التدخين لانة لن يقنتع وانما اضع امامة ولدة واسالة تحب تعمل اية لما تكبر هل تحب ان تدخن فلعل اجابة الطفل على هذا السؤال

فعلا التدخين مضر يارب كل الناس تبطل تدخين ولكن ترك التدخين ليس بهذه السهولة

تدخين مشكلة كبير بالفعل فهي لا تمس شريح معينة بل تصيب جميع شرائح من الجد إلى الحفيد
المشكل الأكبر هو إعتقاد سائدا فى المجتمع بحيث شخص الدي يدخن يعتقد أنه أصبح رجلا أو دو شخصية قوية
من أجل توقف عن تدخين يجب ارادة قوية و قيام بالرياضة و الإبتعاد عن ضغوطات اليومية

1 :حاول ان لا تكون وحيدا
2 :املأ اوقات فراغك مع الناس و لكن ليس المدخنين
3 :حاولان لاتفكر في التدخين
4 :تجنب ما يؤدي اليه
