هذا يا غالي في عدم توافق كبير بين العلماء و بعضهم اصلا يقول ان الفوركس كله حرام وبالتالي انا بشتغل بالفتاوي اللي بتحلله و كل شخص مسئول عن قرارته و تصرفاته

نعم ياغالى العلماء اختلفوا على حرمانيه وتحليل الفوركس
ولكنهم اجتمعوا على تحريم التجاره بالمعادن ومنها الذهب
ولم يحلل احد تجاره المعادن
لانتفاء شرط التقابض
( برجاء ان وجد فتوى تحلل تجاره الذهب ان ترفقها لنا )
