السلام عليكم
لقد قمت بالسحب من شركة انستا فوركس يوم الاربعاء الماضي من ارباح البونص على بنك ليبرتي وبعد الانتظار الطويل عاد السحب الى حسابي في حساب التداول دون اي سبب لا اعرف لماذا
ايضا لدي سحب على ليبرتي يوم الجمعة الماضي ولحد الان لم تصلني
تكلمت معهم على الشات لايف وارسلت لقسم المالية عدة رسائل لكن الرد كان دائما اصبر سوف يتم تنفيذ طلبك في اقرب وقت
هل من احد واجه مشكلة في السحب هذه الايام

اخي انا لدي سحب من يوم الاربعاء الماضي ولم ينفذ على الرغم انه على بنك ليبرتي واليوم قامو باعادته الى حساب التداول لا اعرف ما السبب اعتقد عندهم مشاكل في الدفع
ايضا لدي سحب من يوم الجمعة في الصباح على ليبرتي ولم يدفع لي السحب وانا ارسلت لهم رسائل الى قسم المالية ولحد هذه اللحظة لم ينفذ السحب

لاتقلق اخي الكريم سيصل السحب في ميعاده فربما يكون هناك نوع من انواع الضغط على السيرفرات او قد يكون هناك مشاكل تقنيه ولكن في جميع الاحوال ستستلم ارباحك واسئل مجرب ومتسالش طبيب.
