لما سجلت فيه عملت إسمى مثلا
احمد السيد (بس إنجليزى طبعا)
لكن فى البطاقة إسمى مثلا
احمد السيد محمد عبد العزيز (بس عربى طبعا)
والعنوان فى التسجيل مختلف تماما عن فى وصل النور والبطاقة
هل كدة انا مش هقدر افعل حسابى فى شركة إنستا
وهل إختلاف لغة التسجيل عن لغة الوثائق هياثر

لا اعتقد ان في مشكلة فى انك تكتب اسمك بالانجليزى وهو فى البطاقة بالعربي المهم الاسم يكون مكتوب بالحروف المضبوطة علشان لا يترجم يطلع بالعربي مضبوط

بالنسبه للاسم يمكن ان تكمله عادى وسيقبل باذن الله
اما اختلاف العنوان فهذه مشكله يمكنك ان تكلم الدعم لكى تتفادى هذه الاخطاء

اخى الفاضل اعتقد انه مش شرط الاسم بالعربى والانجليزى مادام زي البطاقه خلاص بس العنوان بقى هو اللى مشكله لانك هتسحب الفوائد بالبطاقه .. راسل الدعم لانك كده ممكن يبقى فيه مشكله ومتقدرش تسحب الفوائد

بالنسبه للأسم حتى لو كان عربي وانت لم تكتب اسمك الكامل بالتسجيل عادي تكدر تفعل ولكن بالنسبه للعنوان فيجب ان يكون متطابق تماماً مع اي وثيقه
