السلام عليكم يبدو أن المجهودات التي قمت بها في جمع البونص لم تثمر مع الأسف يمكن أنيكون ذلك عائد لعدم ربط حسابك في المنتدى بحسابك في أنست فوركس أو أن حساب أنست فوركس الخاص بك مربوط بالمنتدى أو عير مفعل على الأقل مرحلة أولى
على العموم يمكنك مراسلات الإدارة لمعرفة السبب على الأقل لتجنبه في مرات قادمة أو إيجاد حل لذلك
