انا لسه مخلص دلوقتى التسجيل فى المستوى الاول ووصلى ايميل ان العملية تمت بنجاح و فيها اسم المتاجر و الباسورد الخ لكن مشكلتى انى مش عارف ازاى اوصل للمستوى الثانى عشان ااكتف الحساب ياريت لو حد يقدر يساعدنى فى اسرع وقت

اخي الكريم كان عندي نفس المشكل فبعدما فعلت المستوى الاول واجهة مشكلة في المستوى الثاني و ذللك للرفض المتتالي لوثائق التفعيل لكن بعد اعادة المحاولة عدة مرت تم التفعيل و الحمد لله لدى حاول ان ترفع وثائق تختلف عن الوثائق التي رفعتها في المستوى الاول و تكون واضحة و تثبث مكان اقامتك كفاتورة الكهرباء او الماء وغيرها..

الوثيقة المطلوبة لتفعيل المستوي الثاني هي اي وثيقة تثبت عنوان السكن الخاص بك
المطابق للبطاقة او جواز السفر و ان يكون باسمك
ممكن ترفع الوثائق الاتية
1- فاتورة كهرباء
2- فاتورة غاز
3- فاتورة تليفون
4- فاتورة نت
5- كشف حساب بنكي
و الافضل ان لا تمر على الوثيقة اكثر من 3 شهور

بعد تفعيلك للمرحلة الاولى عن طريق ارسال البطاقة الشخصية او الباسبور وتم قبولها بنجاح سوف تجد اسفلها خانة تفعيل المستوى التانى من خلال رابط تفعيل الحساب ومن ثم يتم ارسال اى فاتورة تثبت عنوانك الذى موجود فى بطاقتك مثل فاتورة كهرباء او غاز او مياه مع العلم انا المستوى التانى فعلا غلبنى عشان يتفعل لان الفاتورة كانت بتترفض لانها باسم الوالد لكن بعد عدة محاولات تم قبولها وتم تفعيل الحساب كاملا
