Thread: المنصة عندكم ايه اخبارها ؟؟؟؟؟
ارجو من خبراء شركة انستا المساعدة حيث اننى استلمت البونص ولكن عند بداية افتتاح السوق وجدت ان مفتاح اضافة امر جديد غير منشط المفتاح اللى بفتح به اوامر البيع والشراء ........ مع العلم انى عندى جهازين كمبيوتر بالمسكن والعمل وقمت بازالة المنصة واعادة تشغيل الجهاز ثم قمت باعادة تركيب المنصة من جديد ومازال العطل قائما فانا غير قادر على الدخول فى صفقات لو سمحت حد من شركة انستا يقوللى فيه ايه بالظبط ؟؟؟
ومرفق لكم صورة المنصة والمفتاح الغير نشط بالمنصة والخاص بفتح الصفقات
