    news مصر تعتزم طرح “ِAirport City” الترفيهي بتكلفة 10.2 مليار دولار للاستثمار مطلع 2014

    تعتزم مصر طرح مشروع “ايربورت سيتي” على المستثمرين طلع العام القادم، وقال وزير الطيران المصري عبد العزيز فاضل: “من المتوقع أن تصل الاستثمارات في المشروع 70 مليار جنيه “10.2 مليار دولار” بنظام حق الانتفاع.
    وأضاف فاضل: “سنطرح مشروع ايربورت سيتي للمستثمرين بداية 2014 .. هذا المشروع هام جداً لمصر فهو يقام على نحو عشرة ملايين متر مربع وبتكلفة استثمارية 70 مليار جنيه وسيقام خلال 7-10 سنوات، وأشار إلى أن هناك شركة انجليزية تعد الآن دراسة عن المشروع”.
    ومشروع “ايربورت سيتي” عبارة عن مدينة استثمارية خدمية ترفيهية في محيط مطار القاهرة وتقام على عدد من المراحل ,

    الجدير بالذكر ان هذا المشروع قد تم الموافقه عليه في فترة حكم الدكتور محمد مرسي و قد تم مناقشة ميزانيته في مجلس الوزراء حينها .
