بغض النظر عن النظام العملي الذي يتميز به مفهوم المارجن كول حيث يتمثل هذا الاخير في قرض مسند من الوسيط المالي يتيحه للمتداول من اجل دخوله في معاملات تجارية باضاف الحساب المملوك له كما يعبر هذا الاخير ايضا عن رسالة تحذيرية من الوسيط المالى الى المتداول عندما يتبقى في رصيد المتداول30 بالمئة من قيمة الحساب وان لم يتخذ المتداول تدخل فان الوسيط المالي سوف يرسل رسالة تحذيرية ثانية اذا تبقى من الحساب20بالمئة وان لم يتخذ المتداول اجرء غلق الصفقات او ايداع اموال فان الوسيط المالي سوف يتدخل مباشرة ويغلق الصفقة وهذا من اجل حماية قرضه المسند للمتداول.
