انا من كام يوم لما جيت اطلب السحب الشركه قامت باغلاق حسابى
ولما حطيت المشكله فى المنتدى الاعضاء جزاهم الله خيرا قالولى انك ما ينفعش تتاجر او تفتح صفقات قبل ما السحب يوصل
وده اللى ما كنتش اعرفه عشان كده تقريبا الحساب اتقفل
فياريت لو حد يقولى ايه هيا قوانين انستا او قوانين المتاجره والسحب عشان ما يتقفليش حساب تانى

يا اخي الكريم، هي قوانين المتاجرة على شكل عام، فلا يمكن أن نقوم بتقديم المبلغ الدي تم سحبه أن فاتح لصفقة ربما هي في حالة خسارة، حلل الأمر بتأني و سترى أنه منطقي أن لا يتم تقديم الأموال في حالة صفقات مفتوحة

هي مشكلة غريبة فعلا طيب كان المفروض انك تتواصل مع الدعم الفني للشركة وتسألهم ايه سبب المشكلة
وانت تعرف من ردهم السبب الحقيقي للمشكلة لأني أعتقد عند طلبك للسحب يتم اقتطاع المبلغ المسحوب من رأس المال اذا كان كافي ويكون المتبقي كافي لادارة الصفقات المفتوحة ننتظر معرفة السبب الحقيقي للمشكلة ؟؟؟
