بخصوص الشارت انا راسلت الدعم ليجيب عليك اما بخصوص التيك بروفيت بيفرق كتير بين البيع والشراء بمعنى لو التيك بروفيت لصفقه شراء اول لما السعر بيوصل لنقطه التيك بروفيت الصفقه بتغلق
اما صفقه البيه يجب ان يصل السعر لنقطه التيك بروفيت ويهبط كمان الاسبريد يعنى لو اسبريد على زوج اليورو دولار 3 نقاط والتيك بروفيت بتاعك 1.2530 لازم السعر يوصل ل 1.2527
بس كده ياغالى

والله يا اخي هذه المشكلة حصلت معي كثيرا بالنسبة للتيك بروفيت فالسعر يصل ويتعدى السعر بنقاط كبيرة ولا تغلق الصفقة والحمد لله احيانا انتبه واغلق انا الصفقة قبل ان يعود السعر واخسر واحيانا يعود السعر بالفعل واخسر في الصفقة ولا يتم اغلاقها واعتقد ان السبب يكون من المنصة ولا دخل للشركة في هذه الامور

اعتقد ان فرق ال 8 نقطه كبير جدا واعتقد انه غير موجود مطلقا لانه فرق شاسع واعتقد ان اغلاق الصفقات
