بالتاكيد الكل يسعي لظبط احساساته و هذا سوف ياتي بالتدريج من صفقة لاخري و لكن في حالة الخسارة المتتالية يجب التوقف بشكل كامل لحين اعادة النظر في خطة العمل و تحديد اسباب الخسارة و الوقوف على السبب الحقيقي هل في الخطة ام في التصرفات اثناء التدوال و ان كان السبب في التصرفات الانفعالية فهذا السبب صعب تجاوزه لانه في التركيبة الشخصية للمتدوال..
