اخى الكريم نحن لا نملك ان نقول لك انه حرام لسبب ما ولا نملك ايضا ان نقول انه حلال لسبب ما لاننا

يا اخ anazoft انت سؤالك جيد جدا ومن حقك تفهم .. بس عشان تفهم لازم يكون عندك استعداد انك تفهم كويس وانما لو انت عاوز تجادل فلا فائدة من الكلام
اتفقنا .. القصة بمنتهى البساطة ان التجارة يشترط فيها شرعا التقابض يعني تديني في ايدي واديك المقابل في ايدك ..
تمام واي حاجة خلاف كده تبقى حرام حتى التداول بالعملات .. ماشي فهمت لعاية كدا طيب امال العلماء قالو يجوز ليه في العملات..
لأنهم قالو ان العرف صار بين الناس ان لما رصيدك يزيد تمن البضاعة يعني انت كده قبضت اذن صارت المعاملة لا باس بها
طالما اتفقتم على هذا النوع من التقابض انما لو اشتريت سلعة المفروض تقبض السلعة مش قيمتها وتاخدها مش رقم في الحساب
لا بضاعة عشان كده حرم البيع في السلع بهذه الطريقةلأن مافيش قبض لا حقيقي ولا جوازي فهمت .. وبعدين احنا لازم نمشي على كلام النبي حتى لو مش فاهمين الحكمة ..
